So this has basically been my default outfit combo since we've been starting to feel the summer heat. A pair of light weight floral shorts and a sleeveless chiffon top. Just a quick update! I've tried to hold myself back from snagging these amazing heels from Zara for the longest time, but when I saw them in person I knew I had to walk out with them. It's color blocking makes it work with just about everything. Also snatched these super comfortable knitted shorts and open back knit from Urban Outfitters. A pairing of neutral colors! HAPPY WEEKEND!

This past weekend I volunteered at a Hip Hop Dance competition called Ultimate Brawl. The competition is held by my old college dance team. You can say it was like a mega reunion. Nothing defines heart warming more than the exchange of hugs and laughter with people you haven't seen for almost a year. Not only was it nostalgic, but seeing all the dancers made me realize how out of shape I am! It was like a blast from the past and I was back to my roots. Decided to do a fun look with this awesome cropped tank , which consists of bright doodle prints that make it a bit spunky and retro. Paired it up with this amazing chiffon skirt c/o of Sheinside. With my petite frame, I'd usually refrain from long skirts but the translucent layering of this skirt makes it perfect for girls of any body type.
