 Decided to take the Monday off after an all girls weekend trip to Las Vegas in order to recharge myself for the week. This past weekend basically reminded me of how I haven't fully utilized being a Californian this summer. Biking along the coast, sitting on the beach, and pigging out with our feet dipped in the sand, my Saturday was as calm and Californian as can be and I am definitely not complaining! The perfect summer weather called for light colors and short shorts. Thankfully, I found these lace shorts from ZARA. Loving the scalloped detail on them the most. These heels c/o of MyHotShoes are also a great median between casual and dressy. Of course I didn't wear them to the beach, but rather to a pleasant dinner afterwards.
