Finally a sense of winter here in California! I somehow managed to snap a few shots as the sun made a brief appearance this rainy weekend. I am much more of a sunshines and blue skies kind of gal,but rainy days are often perfect for lazy days in! These Vince Camuto boots one of the only items I picked up during the Black Friday sales. But they have easily made their way into my wardrobes all this week. They are sooo comfortable! I've also been strangely into faux fur lately.

Let Me Be Your Muse

After a long day of work, a few friends and I were able to catch up over dinner and tea with my fellow blogger buddy who was visiting home from Korea! This amazing dress courtesy of Sugarlips was perfect for both occasions. Sophisticated enough for work and casual enough for a laid back meal. I can also say that no other dress has fit me quite as perfect as this one. Its V-neck line drapes perfectly across without showing too much, not to mention providing a flowing breeze from our hundred degree weather! Hope everyone had an amazing weekend!

Although the first day of Fall has begun, we haven't been able to ditch the summer sun here in LA. I have my fall jackets all set and ready to go, but shorts and light tees are still my current staples to keep myself cool. I've also been sporting a more rugged look outside of work. (Denim Top - Forever 21 | Shorts - Vintage Levis | Watch - Michael Kors | Studded Flats c/o MyHotShoes) At first the idea of denim over denim sounded a little crazy, but the tribal tank throws off the uniformity of the blue hues and makes a denim top and shorts completely wearable. Since it was labor day, I've been on the relaxation grind. Making my go to pieces the casual items in my closet. I was also able to retire my beloved heels this weekend and traded them in for these awesome studded loafers courtesy of MyHotShoes. How was your labor day?

Making cut out tees a little more chic by pairing it with some pumps seem to be a default look for me recently. Not to mention, this diamond tee courtesy of Swaychic has an amazing side cut out perfect for the summer heat. Accessorizing with my new gifted watch from the Boy and playing off the gold accented heel from these awesome pumps courtesy of MyHotShoes to top the look off. These pictures are a little overdue from a few weeks ago at a Night Market held in Pasadena. A day full of food booths and eating for half a day makes up for the perfect Saturday spent with some friends!
